1. Introduction and Scope
Dream Clean Car Infrastructure, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Dream Clean," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies when you:
- Visit our website at www.dreamcleancw.com (the "Website")
- Buy a wash, gift card, or membership, or manage your membership
- Join our loyalty program, promotions, or marketing messages
- Visit or interact with us at any Dream Clean location
Together we call these our "Services." This Policy covers our operations in Illinois and is governed by Illinois law and applicable U.S. federal law. It does not cover third-party websites, apps, or services, even if we link to them.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use our Services.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use our Services. We collect it in four ways.
A. Information you give us

B. Information collected automatically online
When you use the Website or App, we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and mobile advertising ID
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring and exit pages, and time spent
- App usage, crash logs, and diagnostic data
- Approximate location inferred from your IP address, and precise location only if you allow it in your device settings

C. Information collected at our locations
License plate recognition (LPR). Our wash locations use cameras that read license plates. We use LPR to recognize member vehicles, allow hands-free entry, and prevent membership misuse. LPR captures the plate number, a vehicle image, and the date, time, and location of the visit. We do not use LPR data for marketing profiles, and we do not sell it.
Security cameras. We use video cameras on our property for safety, security, damage claims, and fraud prevention.
Point of sale and staff. We record transactions, wash history, and notes from interactions with our team.
Biometric information. We do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), such as face geometry scans, fingerprints, or voiceprints. Our LPR and security cameras are not used to identify people by their facial features. Before we ever collected biometric data, we would publish a written retention and destruction policy, tell you in writing why and for how long it is kept, and obtain your written consent. We would never sell, lease, or otherwise profit from it.
D. Information from other sources
We may receive information from payment processors, app stores, marketing and analytics partners, fleet or business account holders who add you as a driver, and public sources. We may combine it with information we already have, as the law allows.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide washes and other services you buy
- Create, manage, bill, and renew memberships and accounts
- Recognize member vehicles at our locations and allow hands-free entry
- Process payments, refunds, and gift cards
- Send service messages, such as receipts, billing notices, and membership changes
- Send marketing messages, where you have opted in or the law otherwise allows
- Run promotions, referrals, and loyalty rewards
- Respond to questions, feedback, and damage claims
- Understand how our Services are used and improve them
- Keep our locations, customers, and staff safe
- Detect and prevent fraud, membership sharing, and misuse
- Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service
We may also use de-identified or aggregated information, which does not identify you, for any lawful business purpose.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only as described below.

We do not share LPR data or text message opt-in data (phone numbers and consent records) with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tools. They keep the Website working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and show you relevant ads.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising. We work with partners such as Google, TikTok, Ads and Meta and others to show Dream Clean ads on other sites and measure their results. These partners may collect identifiers and browsing activity through our website. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
Your controls.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them
- Reset or limit your mobile advertising ID in your device settings
- Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org
Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for targeted advertising. We do not respond to the older "Do Not Track" setting.
6. Text Messaging
If you opt in to text messages from Dream Clean:
- We may send account, membership, and marketing messages
- Message frequency varies
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help, at any time
- We may use a messaging provider to send texts on our behalf
Consent to marketing texts is not required to buy anything. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Choices available to everyone
- Update your account, vehicle, and payment details in the App or at https://dreamcleancw.patheon.app/
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email
- Reply STOP to marketing texts
- Turn off push notifications and location access in your device settings
- Use "Your Privacy Choices" or a GPC signal to opt out of targeted advertising
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us (Section 8)
You will still receive service messages, such as receipts and billing notices, while you have an active membership.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Illinois does not currently have a general consumer privacy law granting access or deletion rights. We still honor these requests from any customer:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and get a copy
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account information, except what we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security reasons
- Opt out of targeted advertising
We will not charge you more or give you a lesser service for making a request.
How to make a request. Email customerservice@dreamcleancw.com or write to the address in Section 8. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by matching information we already hold. We aim to respond within 45 days.
8. Retention, Security, and Other Terms
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy:
- Account and membership data: while your membership is active, then for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can rejoin and for our records
- Transaction and payment records: as required by tax, accounting, and payment network rules
- LPR images and plate reads: up to 31 days unless needed longer to investigate fraud, damage, or a legal claim
- Security video: up to 31 days unless needed for an incident or legal claim
- Marketing preferences: as long as needed to honor your choices
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account password private. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Users outside the United States
Our Services are intended for people in the United States. If you use them from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
Links and app stores
Our Services may link to other sites and apps, and app stores may collect information when you download our App. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, in the App, or on our Website as the law requires.
